Tomorrow starts the first day of Hope Week! Be on the lookout for wellness activities throughout the week sponsored by Hope Squad. Attached below is a calendar of the dress up days chosen to help get in the spirit. Comfort dogs will also be visiting tomorrow from 9-noon in the Zen Den. Big Foot High School is excited to partner with First National Bank and Trust to honor two exceptional seniors for the month of April. Michael Janko and Yeison Santos were nominated by our faculty for embodying the core values of CHIEFS PRIDE.
Michael was nominated for his effective communication skills and Yeison was nominated for being a fully responsible leader! Along with being honored as Students of the Month, Michael and Yeison were awarded a $25 gift card from First National and will be invited to the year-end celebration, where they will meet the monthly awardees from other nearby school districts.
Thank you to First National Bank for partnering with us to celebrate these well-deserving students.

OAFC addresses the health and wellness needs of the uninsured, low-income, and underserved residents of Walworth County. Patients who qualify receive health care at no cost, from providers who deliver care with dignity and respect.


Spring Play "Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind" tonight APR 5th 7:00 PM and APR 6th at 2PM and 7PM at Big Foot High School. Having opened in 1988 and still playing today as the longest-running show in Chicago history, Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind is an ensemble experiment in presenting "30 Plays in 60 Minutes." Each two-minute play is performed in random order with an interactive audience. An onstage 60-minute timer keeps everyone honest. This collection of 90 comic, tragic, political, personal, and abstract plays gives you the chance to program your own evening of 30 Neo-Futurist plays to reflect the lives and experiences of your own ensemble.


Seal-A-Smile is a free, private program that is offered during school hours for students who need a variety of dental care services. They will be visiting in May and are looking for new participants. If you are interested in signing your student up, please submit a consent form:

Our Amazing Culinary Skills Academy instructed by Mr. Slawson just finished baking fresh bagels with some whipped cream cheese flavors. They treated staff to them Wow they are delicious. These students are amazing chefs!

United We Stand Club collaborated today with the Combining Cultures Dance Co based in Badger High School to learn the basic steps of Salsa dancing. Thank you to the coach David Dávila & his dancers! They started doing the steps individually & culminating with dancing with a partner.




National Paraprofessional Appreciation Day, also known as Paraeducator Appreciation Day, is observed on the first Wednesday of April, which falls on April 2nd in 2025. This day recognizes the hard work and dedication of paraprofessionals who support students and teachers in schools.
