Summer Special on Sports Physicals!
$50 on the following dates by appointment or walk-in:

• July 27, 4-6 PM

• August 10, 4-6 PM

• September 14, 4-6 PM

Sports physicals are $75 for the rest of the year.
Here is what you need to do:

Take the BFHS Student Physical form with you.
Complete the student information portion of the physical form before you arrive for your appointment.
