Pianos

Every site will be equipped with a Yamaha CFX Digital Clavinovas with the ability to transpose. Instructions to transpose are taped to the top of the piano. *Any transpositions should be placed back to +/- 0 when finished with the event. 

Percussion Equipment

Big Foot High School will provide the following percussion equipment:

• 4 Timpani

• Gong

• Bass Drum

• Marimba

• Xylophone

• Chimes

• Bells

• Vibes

• Drum Set

• Congas & Bongos

• 4 Concert Toms

• 3 Concert Snare Drums

• Bass Amp (no patch cables)

• Guitar Amp (no patch cables)

Percussionists are required to furnish all sticks and mallets. Accessory instruments are not provided unless listed above. Patch cables are not provided; amps are provided. 

Bus Parking – East lot near tennis courts

Director’s Lounge

The LIBRARY will be the director’s lounge for the day. Coffee, water and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided in the faculty lounge.  Please limit the luncheon to adjudicators and directors. Other adult assistants (bus drivers, accompanists, etc.) can purchase lunch at the concession stand or nearby restaurants.

Results

Results will be posted online and outside festival headquarters throughout the day. Please limit access to this room for emergencies only. Rubrics will be available for pick up at the end of the day.
