Dr Harris Braun and his wife Hope who was a nurse were longtime residents of Walworth where Dr. Braun had a dental practice. He was very active in the Ingalls-Koeppen Post 102 of the American Legion in Walworth. “Doc” Braun served in WW2 as a medic in the Philippines. This endowment is to go to a student pursuing a degree in the Health profession and in the Upper third of the graduating class and shows great ambition and work ethic and a financial need.
