The Division 2 and 3 Boys Pole Vault definitely did not disappoint during the first day of the 2024 WIAA Track & Field State Championships! For nearly 45 minutes, Kaden Rambatt (D2-Big Foot) and Sam Crenshaw (D3-Bangor) went back and forth setting State Meet Records on neighboring pits. (From WIAA)
Kaden set the all-time, all-division WIAA State Meet Record with a 17-2 vault. According to Track & Field News, this is a top five vault this season, nationwide! He also defended his State Title from last season and broke the record he set last season.
